The agreement, in language you can actually read

The companion is a language model. It is not a clinician, it holds no qualification, it cannot diagnose, and it cannot call anyone for you. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country. Nothing Pally says is medical, psychological or legal advice.

• The companion is free and needs no account.
• Don't use it to harm others, to generate abusive or illegal content, or to attempt to extract training data or system instructions.
• Automated or high-volume access is rate limited. Repeatedly circumventing those limits is a breach of these terms.
• The service is provided as-is. It may be unavailable, and a model may produce a reply that is wrong, unhelpful or oddly worded.

• Business accounts are for organisations. You are responsible for who you let into your organisation's account.
• What you buy is an aggregate dataset: grouped counts with cohort suppression and rounding applied. You never receive personal data, because none exists to sell.
• You may not attempt to re-identify any individual from a purchased dataset, combine it with other data for that purpose, or resell it as if it were person-level data.
• Download links are time-limited and tied to your organisation.
• If a purchase cannot be fulfilled because the requested cohort does not meet the coverage threshold, it is not fulfilled — and it should not be charged. Any charge taken in that case is refundable.

• Advertising is contextual and rotation-based. There is no behavioural targeting, and you cannot buy one.
• Ad creative must be lawful, must not imply clinical or crisis services, and must not impersonate Pally.
• Pally may reject or remove any campaign at its discretion, including after payment, with a pro-rata refund of the unserved period.
• Affiliate links are disclosed as affiliate links. Pally may earn a commission if you buy through one.

Payments are processed by PayPal. Pally never sees or stores your card details. A purchase is only treated as paid when PayPal confirms a successful capture to Pally's server — never on the basis of the browser returning from a payment page. Every payment event is recorded once and only once.

Pally's name, mark, interface, prompts and datasets belong to Pally. The text of your own conversation is yours — which is convenient, since Pally does not keep a copy. Purchased datasets are licensed to your organisation for internal use; the licence does not transfer ownership.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pally is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for decisions taken on the basis of a model's reply, or for the availability of third-party providers. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
